Returns
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Items were missing from your order.
To request a return, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Opened beauty or personal care products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Orders refused at delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is verified, your refund will be processed.
- Online payment refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Package Photos
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
